Role description

Drives product strategy, requirements, and roadmap execution. Works closely with engineering, design, and business teams to translate needs into features, optimize user experience, analyze data, and ensure successful product delivery.

What you'll do

  • Product Management:
    • Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on user feedback and business objectives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, design, marketing, and QA) to bring product ideas to life.
    • Analyze product performance metrics and customer insights to guide iterative improvements.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive opportunities.
  • Digital Asset Monitoring:
    • Regularly monitor the performance, uptime, and user experience of digital assets including the company website, social media channels, and mobile apps.
    • Identify and promptly report any issues or discrepancies in functionality, working closely with technical teams to resolve them.
    • Ensure that all digital touchpoints are consistent with brand guidelines and deliver a seamless user experience.
    • Use analytics and tracking tools to evaluate asset performance and suggest improvements.
  • Collaboration & Reporting:
    • Serve as the central point of contact between technical teams, marketing, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals and digital asset performance.
    • Prepare and deliver status reports, highlighting progress, challenges, and key performance indicators for both product initiatives and digital assets.
    • Establish and maintain documentation for processes, monitoring routines, and product updates.

Skillset to bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in product management with a track record of launching successful digital products.
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adjust, Firebase, and others) for managing websites, social media, and mobile apps.
  • Strong understanding of digital product lifecycle, user experience principles, and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
  • Fluency in languages that include English and Arabic is essential.
