Role description

Identifies and pursues new business opportunities, manages client relationships, and contributes to revenue growth. Prepares proposals, negotiates deals, and maintains a strong sales pipeline to support company expansion.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand market reach and increase revenue.
  • Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align business goals.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, partnerships, and business agreements.
  • Prepare business proposals, sales presentations, and reports for stakeholders.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business development success.

Skillset to bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in a tech, digital, or content-driven industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, market expansion, and strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and business performance data to make informed decisions.
  • Experience with CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and sales automation tools.
  • Fluency in languages that include English and Arabic is essential.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
