Role description

Manages paid advertising campaigns across digital channels. Optimizes performance to improve retention, engagement, and conversion while reducing bounce and uninstall rates. Uses analytics to refine targeting, creatives, and ROI.

What you'll do

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Apple Search Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Monitor and improve key ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) while ensuring a high-quality post-installation user experience.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve conversion rates and user retention.
  • Optimize performance not only for acquisition but also for user engagement and retention, improving average time spent while reducing bounce rates, exit rates, and uninstall rates.
  • Analyze user behavior post-installation and work with product teams to align ad messaging with in-app experiences to enhance user lifetime value (LTV).
  • Manage ad budgets efficiently, ensuring high returns and cost-effective user acquisition.
  • Research and implement new targeting strategies, including audience segmentation and lookalike modeling, to attract high-retention users.
  • Collaborate with designers and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives that drive both acquisition and engagement.
  • Stay up to date with advertising trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to ensure competitive campaign strategies.
  • Generate detailed performance reports and insights, highlighting user retention trends and optimization opportunities.

Skillset to bring

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Performance Advertising Specialist, Digital Marketing Manager, or PPC Specialist.
    • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Apple Search Ads, and programmatic advertising.
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Firebase, or other ad tracking tools.
    • Experience in conversion tracking, UTM parameters, attribution modeling, and cohort analysis.
    • Ability to optimize campaigns for user retention, session duration, and churn reduction, not just for initial acquisition.
    • Familiarity with SEO, landing page optimization, and funnel analysis is a plus.
    • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
    • Strong attention to detail, data-driven mindset, and ability to work in a hybrid work environment.
