Acceptable Use Policy

1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

1.1 This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs all access to and use of the Vibe Coding Platform (“Platform”), including applications, APIs, tools, services, data environments, and all related infrastructure provided by Nuvra Limited (“Nuvra”, “Nuvra Tech”, “Company”, “we”, “our”).

1.2 This Policy forms an integral part of the Terms of Service and applies to all Users, including account holders, visitors, subscribers, developers, and API consumers.

1.3 All Users must comply with this Policy, UAE Federal Laws, Abu Dhabi regulations, and all applicable cyber, security, and content-related statutes.

2. LEGAL FRAMEWORK

This Policy is established pursuant to:

  • Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 on Combatting Rumours and Cybercrimes
  • Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection (PDPL)
  • UAE Penal Code
  • UAE Copyright and IP Laws
  • Federal Law No. 5 of 1985 (Civil Transactions Law)
  • Masdar City Free Zone regulations

Violation of this Policy may result in suspension, termination, legal action, or reporting to UAE authorities.

3. GENERAL PRINCIPLES OF ACCEPTABLE USE

3.1 Users shall use the Platform:

  • lawfully and ethically;
  • in compliance with UAE laws, public order, and public morality standards;
  • without causing harm, disruption, or risk to others or to the Platform;
  • in accordance with all service agreements and subscriptions.

3.2 Users are responsible for any content, actions, or activities conducted through their accounts.

4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

The following activities are strictly prohibited. This list is exhaustive and enforceable.

4.1 Unlawful Activities

Users shall not use the Platform to:

  1. violate any UAE Federal or Emirate-level laws;
    b. assist or encourage criminal activity;
    c. access, distribute, or generate content that is illegal under UAE law.

This includes, without limitation:

  • fraud
  • money laundering
  • unauthorized access to systems
  • impersonation
  • dissemination of false information
  • activities harming national security
  • violation of public morals or Islamic values
  • creation or distribution of illegal digital assets

4.2 Cybersecurity Violations (UAE Cybercrime Law)

Users must not engage in activities including:

  1. hacking, intrusion, or attempting to bypass security measures;
    b. scanning, probing, or reverse-engineering any system or network;
    c. deploying viruses, malware, trojans, ransomware, bots, scrapers, or automated tools;
    d. attempting to disrupt service availability or degrade platform performance;
    e. using compromised accounts, stolen credentials, or spoofed identities;
    f. exploiting vulnerabilities without authorization.

Violation may result in mandatory reporting to UAE authorities.

4.3 Abuse of AI Tools and Credits/Tokens

Users shall not:

  1. manipulate, exploit, or misuse the Platform’s credit/token system;
    b. intentionally overload or stress AI models;
    c. attempt to circumvent usage limits;
    d. use automated scripts to generate excessive, fraudulent, or abusive workloads;
    e. use the platform to produce harmful or unethical AI-generated content;
    f. intentionally generate code, content, or tools intended for malicious cyber activity.

4.4 Prohibited Content

Users may not create, upload, or distribute content that:

a. Violates UAE cultural or moral norms

Including content that is:

  • obscene
  • indecent
  • defamatory
  • offensive to Islamic principles
  • harmful to public order

b. Contains illegal or harmful information

Such as:

  • drug-related instructions
  • weapons development
  • hacking tools or exploits
  • instructions on bypassing security controls
  • extremist, radical, or terrorist material

c. Infringes intellectual property rights

Including:

  • copyrighted works without authorization
  • proprietary source code
  • trademarks or confidential business information

d. Violates PDPL

Including personal data disclosure without lawful basis or consent.

4.5 Misuse of the Platform for Harmful Coding or Development

Users must not use the Platform to:

  • generate malware, spyware, viruses, worms, or harmful software;
  • generate phishing assets or impersonation tools;
  • create systems for fraud, spam, or identity theft;
  • develop unauthorized surveillance tools;
  • automate actions that violate UAE laws or platform rules;
  • reverse engineer AI outputs to exploit model weaknesses.

4.6 Interference with Platform Operations

Users may not:

  1. interfere with other Users’ access or experience;
    b. conduct load testing or benchmark testing without written authorization;
    c. interrupt normal functioning of the Platform;
    d. modify or attempt to modify the Platform’s behavior or performance;
    e. introduce mechanisms that cause platform degradation.

4.7 Reproduction or Unauthorized Commercial Use

Users shall not:

a. resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Platform;
b. share accounts, access tokens, or API keys with unauthorized persons;
c. use Platform outputs to train competing AI models without express written consent;
d. misrepresent affiliation with Nuvra Tech;
e. develop a service that replicates core functionality of the Platform.

5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Users are responsible for:

  • maintaining account confidentiality;
  • ensuring lawful and ethical use of outputs;
  • reviewing AI-generated content for errors or risk;
  • securing their devices and networks;
  • complying with all local laws in jurisdictions where they operate;
  • immediately reporting suspicious or unauthorized activity.

Failure to adhere to these responsibilities may result in suspension or termination.

6. MONITORING, ENFORCEMENT, AND REPORTING

6.1 Nuvra Tech reserves the right to monitor usage for:

  • security threats
  • abuse
  • violations of this Policy
  • system integrity

6.2 Where violations are detected, Nuvra Tech may take any of the following actions without prior notice:

  1. warn or notify the User;
    b. suspend or terminate the User’s account;
    c. revoke access to credits/tokens or features;
    d. restrict specific functionalities;
    e. block IP addresses or devices;
    f. report the violation to UAE law enforcement where required;
    g. pursue civil or criminal remedies under UAE law.

6.3 Mandatory Reporting
Under UAE Cybercrime Law, Nuvra Tech may be legally obligated to report certain violations to the relevant authorities.

7. REPORTING VIOLATIONS

Users may report violations of this Policy by contacting: compliance@nuvra.agency

Reports should include details of the suspected violation, screenshots, logs, or any supporting evidence.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nuvra Tech is not liable for:

  • User-generated content;
  • improper or illegal use of the Platform;
  • third-party harm resulting from User misuse;
  • reliance on AI-generated outputs used without proper validation.


Users remain fully responsible for any liabilities arising out of violations of this Policy.

9. AMENDMENTS

Nuvra Tech may amend this Policy at any time to reflect changes in:

  • UAE laws
  • regulatory requirements
  • platform functionality
  • threat landscape or security needs

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the amended Policy.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Policy is governed by:

  • UAE Federal Laws
  • Laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi
  • Masdar City Free Zone regulations
