1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

1.1 This AI Output Disclaimer & Liability Policy (“Policy”) governs all rights, obligations, limitations, disclaimers, and responsibilities associated with the use of AI-generated outputs (“AI Outputs”) produced by the Vibe Coding Platform (“Platform”) operated by Nuvra Limited (“Nuvra”, “Nuvra Tech”, “Company”, “we”, “our”).

1.2 This Policy applies to all Users who generate, access, deploy, or rely upon AI Outputs produced through the Platform.

1.3 This Policy forms an integral part of the Terms of Service, Intellectual Property Policy, and Content Ownership & Licensing Policy.

2. NATURE OF AI OUTPUTS

2.1 AI Outputs are generated through probabilistic machine-learning models designed to produce responses based on patterns, training logic, and algorithmic predictions.

2.2 AI Outputs:

are automated and not human-authored;
may contain factual, logical, or technical inaccuracies;
may not reflect real-time information;
may produce results that appear authoritative but require independent validation.

2.3 Users acknowledge that AI Outputs are intended as assistive tools, not substitutes for professional expertise, judgment, or due diligence.

3. NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE OF ACCURACY

3.1 The Company makes no express or implied warranty regarding:

accuracy;
completeness;
reliability;
correctness;
suitability;
originality;
non-infringement.

3.2 AI Outputs may contain:

outdated information;
ambiguous interpretations;
hallucinations or invented details;
incomplete or flawed logic;
vulnerabilities in generated code.

3.3 Users are solely responsible for verifying the correctness, safety, legality, and fitness of AI Outputs prior to use.

4. NO PROFESSIONAL, LEGAL, OR TECHNICAL ADVICE

4.1 AI Outputs do NOT constitute:

legal advice;
financial advice;
medical advice;
engineering or technical certification;
cybersecurity approval or assurance.

4.2 Users may not rely on AI Outputs as a substitute for consultation with qualified professionals.

5. USER RESPONSIBILITY FOR REVIEW AND VALIDATION

5.1 Users acknowledge and agree that they:

a. must independently review AI Outputs before implementing or deploying them;
b. are responsible for verifying compliance with UAE law and third-party rights;
c. must test AI-generated code in safe, controlled environments;
d. bear all risks associated with reliance on AI Outputs.

5.2 The Company shall not be liable for damages arising from:

errors in code generated by the Platform;
security vulnerabilities introduced by Users;
improper interpretation or usage of AI Outputs.

6. PROHIBITED RELIANCE

Users shall not rely on AI Outputs for:

a. high-risk systems (e.g., medical, aviation, safety-critical infrastructure);
b. cybersecurity-sensitive systems without appropriate expert review;
c. creating harmful, malicious, or illegal code;
d. making decisions where regulatory compliance is required;
e. generating content that may violate UAE public morality, Islamic values, or applicable cybercrime laws.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.1 To the maximum extent permitted under UAE Law, Nuvra Tech shall not be liable for:

any direct or indirect damages arising from reliance on AI Outputs;
b. loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data;
c. system failures caused by User misuse of Outputs;
d. defects, inaccuracies, or errors in AI-generated code;
e. damages arising from deployment of unvetted code into production systems;
f. third-party claims resulting from User use of Outputs;
g. consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or exemplary damages.

7.2 Where liability cannot be excluded under UAE law, the total aggregate liability of Nuvra Tech shall be limited to the amounts paid by the User in the preceding three (3) months.

8. USER INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATIONS

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nuvra Tech against claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

misuse of AI Outputs;
violation of UAE laws;
infringement of third-party intellectual property;
security vulnerabilities created by User-deployed code;
failure to review or test AI Outputs before use;
reliance on Outputs for prohibited or high-risk purposes.

This obligation survives termination of the User’s account.

9. RESTRICTIONS ON USE OF AI OUTPUTS

Users may not:

a. represent AI Outputs as certified, validated, or guaranteed by the Company;
b. use Outputs in violation of UAE law or content regulations;
c. deploy Outputs in systems subject to regulatory oversight without appropriate review;
d. attribute human authorship to AI Outputs where such attribution is misleading or unlawful;
e. apply AI Outputs for malicious, fraudulent, or unethical activities.

Violation may result in termination, revocation of licenses, and legal action.

10. AI MODEL LIMITATIONS AND DISCLOSURES

10.1 AI models may:

generate outputs that resemble third-party material;
produce content influenced by statistical patterns;
fail to understand context or User intent;
misinterpret technical instructions;
generate insecure or non-optimized code.

10.2 Nuvra Tech expressly disclaims responsibility for:

inadvertent similarities between Outputs and third-party works;
model behavior inherent to generative AI systems;
unforeseeable variations in performance or quality.

11. NO LIABILITY FOR THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS

Where Users connect or integrate third-party systems with the Platform, Nuvra Tech shall not be liable for:

data leakage caused by third-party tools;
misinterpretation of Outputs by external systems;
errors arising from unsupported integrations.

Users must ensure compatibility and security independently.

12. USER ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By using the Platform, Users expressly acknowledge that:

AI Outputs require independent verification;
reliance on AI Outputs is at their own risk;
no guarantee of accuracy or safety is provided;
Outputs may not be appropriate for all use cases;
they assume full responsibility for decisions taken based on AI Outputs.

13. AMENDMENTS

Nuvra Tech may amend this Policy at any time to reflect:

changes in AI technology;
updated risk assessments;
changes in UAE law;
improvements in the Platform.

Revised versions take effect upon publication.

14. GOVERNING LAW

This Policy is governed by:

UAE Federal Laws;
Laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi;
Masdar City Free Zone regulations.
